Who is Greendax, exactly?
Their website clearly shows that they are not subjected to any regulatory bodies. This is a red flag! This should be enough to stop you from investing with them. Sites that offer automated trading software are also partners with them, which is another warning sign. These sites are notorious for facilitating scamming schemes.
Greendax, a Forex broker that is not regulated, can take clients’ money and hold them accountable.
What is the trick?
Unregulated Forex brokers generally work in the following manner. They will call clients and ask them to make a minimum deposit. Then they’ll try every possible way to make it happen. You might get $100 per day or a double deposit. Do not listen to them! It is a fraud! People will be redirected after making their first deposit to a more sophisticated scammer known as a “retention agency” who will attempt to extract more money from them.
You can withdraw your funds
As unregulated brokers can make it very difficult to protect your funds, you should immediately submit a withdrawal request. This is where things get tricky.
The withdrawal process can take up to six months depending on whether or not you have a bonus. You will not be able submit a request for a refund if they delay it more than six months. Your money will disappear forever. You will not receive your money back, no matter how many times they remind you or insist that you withdraw. You will also lose your funds if they sign the Managed Account Agreement (MAA), which basically authorizes them to do whatever they want with your account.

If they refuse to return your money after you have already made a deposit, which is quite likely, don’t be discouraged. There might be other ways to get your money back.
First, keep your emails. They will serve as proof that you requested the money back from them.
You should first ask for a full refund. This should be done as soon as possible. Your bank or credit card provider should be contacted to explain how you were tricked into depositing money with unregulated trading companies that refused to repay your money. This is the easiest way to get your money returned, but it can also be the most damaging. Multiple chargebacks can cause a breakdown in their relationship with the payment provider. If you are sending a wire transfer
You cannot charge back wires if you have sent them wires. This is the time to escalate the fight. Tell them you will file a complaint against them and go to the authorities. This will make them reconsider the refund option. You can also send an email or write a letter to the regulator agencies. You can search Google to locate the Forex broker regulating agency in your country. You can then prepare an email or a letter detailing how you were deceived by them. You should show the email or letter to them. Tell them that you will send it back to the regulator agency if they refuse to refund your money.
